You ban hookah bars? We'll make our own hookahs! This septuagenarian near Kurla railway station created this contraption that looks and feels like a hookah and needs no real filling. All you need to do is fill the tube with water and stick a cigarette or bidi at one end and puff from the other! Smart, no?
